£30,000 - £35,000 Plus 6 Monthly Bonus, Employer Pension Contribution, 23 Days’ Holiday (Rising to 25 Days) + Bank Holidays, Flexible Benefits Package
Our client has many years of experience in handling a vast range of general commercial insurances for businesses, both large and small. An opportunity has now arisen for a Marketing Manager to join their team.
This role would suit an ambitious individual with a blend of sales, marketing and promotional skills looking to develop their career with a company offering excellent benefits.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be provided with a 2 week intensive induction plan where you will gain a full understanding of the company and how you will add value to their customers and the broker. Additionally, you will spend 2 days a week in the field on joint appointments with the team to gain an understanding of their customer’s needs.
The induction programme is designed to provide the successful candidate with the right training tools, which will give you the foundation for a successful career. Once completed, you will be responsible for the company’s marketing campaigns through email, direct mail, telephone and internal promotions.
To be considered for the role of Marketing Manager, you must have:
- Experience in sales, marketing and promotions
- Management Information (MI) production and analysis experience
- Experience of running a sales or marketing campaign
Although not essential, experience in a similar role, gained within a financial environment, would be a distinct advantage to your application. A marketing degree (or equivalent) would also be beneficial.
