Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer (HVAC)
We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer to cover contracts in London, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, etc
This will be to join a proactive & growing facilities company operating out of Surrey.
The engineer will be expected to come from a mechanical background and should have ideally served an apprenticeship. The role will be to carry out PPM & Reactive Maintenance, some service and responding to breakdown calls. Candidates need to have knowledge of -
FCU's, AHU's, Splits
Heating Systems
Boilers (very beneficial)
Pumps, Motors, Pulleys, etc
Lighting (Emergency Lights, Lamp changing, etc) & Power
Basic Electrics
Plumbing
Engineers need good communication skills to be able to talk with clients & fellow colleagues.
Should posses IT skills as worksheets will be by PDA and be used to providing quotes to management for necessary parts & repairs.
Ideal candidate should also be motivated & enthusiastic to want and provide a high level of service!
